High-Level Political Forum – 8 to 17 July 2024

High-Level Political Forum (A/DEC/77/553).

Dr. Dennis Anderson and Katji Schroeder, NABU representatives, attended the 2024 High Level
Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) from 8 to 17 July 2024 under the auspices of
the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). The theme for HLPF 2024 was: “Reinforcing the 2030
Agenda and eradicating poverty in times of multiple crises: the effective delivery of
sustainable, resilient, and innovative solutions” Additional, the NABU representatives attended
the High-Level Segment of the Economic and Social Council from 15 to 18 July 2024, at UN
Headquarters in New York. They also participated in the ministerial side events.
